The hotel is located in the heart of the SunnyBeach resort, about 150m from the central beach and nearby the famous FlowerStreet. The hotel is appropriate for young people because it is very close toentertainment facilities.

 The busstation for Varna, Burgas and Nessebar is near the hotel.

The hotel building holds 36 double rooms and 4apartments. Each room has a balcony and also it is  equipped with an additional bed,air-conditioning, telephone, TV and small fridge and a shower room.

The hotel is centrally  located. Across the street, just opposite the hotel, there are several gifts shops and 24-hourmini-market, pharmacy, china restaurant, doctor’s, hairdresser’s. 50m. away is a 3-floor disco, a post office and fruits and vegetables market. There is also a policlinic nearby.

Sunny Beach offers not only water sports facilities but lots of other options too: tennis courts, horse-riding school, bowling and mini-golf, volleyball on the beach and archery. A ride around on a bicycle or rickshaw on wheels is so refreshing after a long day on the beach. There are more than 150 restaurants, cafés, night clubs, discos, etc. The resort is a genuine children’s paradise - plenty of fun and games, childrens’pools, slides, carting.
